RevOps consulting for Seed to Series C B2B SaaS

RevOps at machine speed.

Senior RevOps operators fix your revenue system in weeks, not quarters. Our agents do the scanning, staging, and monitoring at machine speed. One senior operator makes every technical call and owns every production write. You decide what ships. First graded findings by day five.

When this fits

Four ways a revenue system breaks.

Each one is a weeks problem, not a quarters problem. If yours isn't on this list, we'll tell you so on the call.

01

Pipeline numbers nobody believes.

Your forecasting motion is built on gut-feel and reps' optimism. Every board meeting becomes a guessing game about whether the quarter lands. The numbers in the dashboard don't match the numbers in the spreadsheet.

How your operator fixes it

Rebuilds forecasting on cleaned data, then sends a Monday digest of the deals at risk this week, and why, to the people who need to act.

02

Every report is a different number.

Years of duct-tape ops decisions have left your system without a clear definition of what counts as qualified, what counts as won, or what stages actually mean. Reps update fields differently. Every report contradicts the last one.

How your operator fixes it

Maps your entire CRM and every tool wired into it, rebuilds the model in a sandbox you can click through, and ships it.

03

What got you here won't get you there.

The early ops decisions made sense when there were three people closing deals. They break when there are thirty. The duct tape is failing under the weight of a growing team and you need a real revenue ops function, not another patch.

How your operator fixes it

Benchmarks the current state, rebuilds the stack to survive going from three reps to thirty, and runs ops while coaching your team to take over the daily function.

04

You need a head of RevOps. You're not ready for the full-time hire.

A senior RevOps leader is a quarter-million in loaded cost plus a long executive search. You need the judgment now, not later, and you're still figuring out what shape that role takes in your org. Hiring for it is premature.

How your operator fixes it

Embeds as your acting head of RevOps, runs the weekly forecast and pipeline reviews, and hands the seat to your hire when you make one.

Day five

Day five: what your operator sends you.

Concrete, graded findings, ranked by how much pipeline they touch. Not a deck.

Illustrative sample. Your scan reads your live system, not a template.

Engagements

Pick the engagement that solves your problem.

Four fixed-scope engagements, priced as outcomes. No "scope of work" gymnastics.

01
Scoped engagement · Week 1

Data Pulse™ Diagnostic

A complete, read-only audit of your revenue stack in week one. Graded findings ranked by the pipeline they touch, a prioritized remediation backlog, and recommendations you can act on. Built for founders who suspect their stack is the bottleneck but can't prove it.

Graded report + remediation backlog
02
Multi-phase engagement · Weeks 1 to 6

CRM Architecture & Build

Greenfield or rebuild. Your operator designs the HubSpot or Salesforce foundation you should have started with, builds every change in a sandbox you can click through, and ships it. Built to scale through the next growth stages without ripping anything out.

Production-ready stack + a team trained to maintain it
03
Continuous engagement · Ongoing from week 3

Pipeline & Signal Models

Forecasting and pipeline health signals that work better than your reps' gut. We watch your pipeline continuously and send a weekly digest of the deals at risk, and why.

Always-on dashboards + weekly signal digest
04
Embedded engagement · Monthly, from week 7

Fractional RevOps

Embedded ops leadership. We run RevOps day to day while coaching your first GTM hires toward self-sufficiency. You take it over. You don't depend on us.

Ops function that scales without headcount
How we work

How a quarter of consulting fits in six weeks.

Every shop sells the same four steps: discover, diagnose, design, build. It runs a quarter or two and ends in a deck. We run the same steps in parallel with tooling we built for the job, and a senior operator with 12+ years across 40+ HubSpot and Salesforce stacks makes every call. Same steps. Six weeks.

  1. Days 1 to 5 · Scan

    Findings by day five.

A read-only scan of your live CRM: schema, automation, integrations, reporting. Your operator ranks every finding and sends you the backlog.

  2. One session · Prioritize

    You set the order.

One working session turns your choices into the build order. No workshops, no questionnaires.

  3. Weeks 2 to 4 · Remediate

    Fixes ship from week two.

Each change is built in a sandbox you click through, then your operator ships it to production.

  4. Weeks 5 to 6 · Handoff

    Your team takes ownership.

The stack, the runbook, the recorded walkthroughs, and the training to run it day to day.

Diagnostic plus Build timings for a mid-size stack. Signal Models and Fractional RevOps continue from week seven under the same rules.

Under the hood

Four agents we built and run in-house carry the throughput. They are our tooling, not a product you install or operate. You get the findings, the builds, and the digests.

Agents never write to production. Your operator does.

  • Audit AgentScans every object, field, flow, permission set, and integration against what good looks like.
  • Architect AgentBuilds each change in a sandbox copy you can click through before your operator ships it.
  • Signal AgentWatches your pipeline and drafts the Monday digest: the deals at risk this week, and why.
  • Operator AgentRuns the daily checks: deal hygiene, routing, enrichment, and the deal that has sat in Proposal for 21 days.
Hard questions

The objections we get, answered.

If you're skeptical of "AI-powered consulting," good. So are we.

Do the agents write to our production CRM?

No. The scan is read-only. Every change is built in a sandbox, your operator reviews the diff, and your operator makes the production write. Nothing lands in your CRM without a human signing it off.

What do you access, and where does our data go?

Read access to your revenue stack: schema, workflows, field history, reporting, and the integrations around them. Your data is used to produce your findings and nothing else. It is not used to train models, and access is revoked when the engagement ends.

Which stacks do you support?

HubSpot and Salesforce today, plus the tools wired into them: enrichment, outreach, billing, and BI. If your stack is more exotic, ask. The honest answer might be not yet.

How much of this is your team vs. the agents?

The agents are our internal tooling; you never install or operate them. They do the data work: scans, schema mapping, sandbox builds, daily checks. Your operator decides what to fix, in what order, and what reaches production. You meet the operator on the first call.

What does it cost?

Engagements are scoped and priced as outcomes, not by the hour. Diagnostic engagements start at a fixed fee; build engagements are quoted on stack complexity. You get the quote on the second call if there is a fit.

What stays with us when the engagement ends?

The week-six handoff: the remediated stack, the runbook, the recorded walkthroughs, and a team trained to run it. The agents stay with us; re-engage us anytime for new work or ongoing supervision.
